The Reason Why

I have found that a person who transitions back into an informed and supportive family environment are less likely to re-offend and return to prison.  UNCHAINED support groups are designed to encourage & restore unification of the family with a holistic approach to successful re-entry and prevent recidivism.

Several years ago I found myself in a situation that I knew I could win  if I  go at  it alone. I needed people in my corner to help me though this difficult time in my life.  I had to swallow my pride and admit that I needed help.

"The time in my life when  rejection seemed like the norm."

When a returning citizen fails to have a strong support system upon returning home, they will find the very thing that brings them comfort and many times that brings them back into the system

Challenges many face is  housing stability, employment, education, support of family members, the parent child relationship, and the quality of the parent child relationship. By eliminating some of those barriers we are able to successfully embrace their re-entry.

Join us monthly at various locations through out the tri- county area discussing how to maintain family ties during incarceration and ways to provide the best support once released. We embrace the restoration of the right relationships and the process of healing through forgiveness.
